High rise buildings and townships by top developers are coming up on outskirts of Indore city.

Due to new industries being setup, there is an influx of service class, and steep rise in demand from them. Posh projects for housing are coming up with modern amenities like pool, spa, safety gadgets, security and waiting lounge on the outskirts of the city.

They are targeting higher middle and upper class buyers. People in the city also seem to be selling bunglows and moving to such luxurious apartments.
