The production cost of cotton in Maharashtra is double the cost in Gujarat. New concept of Zero Budget farming has been introducted. Farming has to be done in a scientific way.
State plans to generate 4000 MW from Solar which will be supplied to farmers so that they do irrigation for 12 hrs in day time says Devendra Fadnavis, CM.
