Ground rent reduced in Nazul areas in Nagpur

Ground rent on Nazul lands has been reduced from 0.10% to 0.02% for residential and from 0.15% to 0.03% of the ready-reconer rate for commercial/ industrial use.
29-Oct-2015 :
The State Govt has reduced ground rent on Nazul leased plots by 80%. Also likely is possibility of Govt converting these plots into free-hold plots.
