Additional FSI for industries, education, tourism, approvals simplified

There are 56 types of plans under which Govt has powers of granting approval, and people choosing any one of them can get sanction of building plan within a week.

Govt has decided to sanction additional 0.1 to 0.9 FSI to industries. Power to grant permission in No Development Zone or Agricultural Zone would now be delegated to District Collector. For educational institutes additional FSI upto 1.0 would be sanctioned depending on road width & plot size.
