Vidarbha, Khandesh and Marathwada region for textile

The Government is keen to promote industries in region of Vidarbha, Khandesh and Marathwada region for textile sector.

The textile department has decided to provide land to textile industry at Nandgaonpeth, Yavatmal, Majalgaon, Kannad, Selu, Bhaler, Malegaon, Krishnur, Chikhli, Jamner.

Industries will be able to purchase cotton directly from the farmers for making fabric.
