Skill India mission to target 500 million people, institutes may get tax exemptions

The Government is gearing up to roll out Skill India Mission with aim to impart training to 500 million people by 2020.

The union budget 2016-17 is likely to provide Income Tax & Service Tax exemption to institutes imparting such training.
