River providing lowest cost of transport. Lessons from China

China has created river transport which allows it to move 850 million tonnes of goods at the lowest cost of transportation says Amit Waikar, President, Indian Association (IA) Shanghai.
In India we should also connect the rivers and make optimum use of river transport which will cut the logistics cost.
