Incentivize governing machinery for great results

The political class & the government machinery is full of great thinkers and doers.
However, our current system does not incentivize good work, and people cannot become rich legitimately serving their nation.
Our country can give tax-free incentives to them, so that they come out with extra-ordinary results in their field and work in co-ordination with all concerned towards desired goals.
Imagine how different things will be if people in power are eager to assist its farmers, entrepreneurs and all citizens achieve success in their field and stand for the right causes.
Yes, magical results are possible !!
